Dr Peters is interested in all aspects of family medicine – especially women's health including shared obstetric care, mental health, paediatric and adolescent health care.

Dr Shao has had medical training in Australia and overseas. She has an MB BS, FRACGP, Dip. Immunology, Master of Medicine and graduated in 1982. Dr Shao also inserts and removes implanon (implant).

Dr McOwan graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Doctor of Medicine (MD) in 2018. He also holds a Bachelor of Biomedicine (BBiomed) from the University of Melbourne. Dr McOwan has worked across multiple major metropolitan hospitals in Melbourne including Monash Health and Austin Health. He has also completed additional training in Women’s Health at the Mercy Hospital For Women. In 2023, Dr McOwan became a Fellow of the Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). Dr McOwan has an interest in all aspects of family medicine and has a special interest in Women’s Health.

Specialties: Broad scope of general practice including paediatrics, mental health, adolescent medicine, men’s and women’s health.

Dr Felicity Heale is a graduate of the University of Melbourne and has worked in general practice in Melbourne and Brisbane since attaining her fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2002. She has also completed a Diploma of Child Health through Westmead Children’s Hospital.

Felicity enjoys the broad scope that general practice offers in assisting people with their health and life concerns and building up a connection with patients over time. She also has interests in art history, sewing, botanical art and keeping up with some fitness.

Dr Felicity Heale is available to see new and existing patients of the practice.
