Dr Graeme Mulvey

Specialties: general medicine, paediatrics, men’s health, obstetric care, mental health, counselling.

Dr Mulvey is a Melbourne University graduate. He has worked for 9 years in remote and rural Aboriginal health and 8 years of migrant and community health in an inner city Melbourne community health centre. He is interested in all aspects of general and preventive medicine.

Dr Lynette Peters

Specialties: women’s health, shared care obstetrics, adolescent, paediatric medicine and mental health

Dr Peters is interested in all aspects of family medicine – especially women's health including shared obstetric care, mental health, paediatric and adolescent health care.

Dr Jenny Shao

Specialties: speaks Mandarin - family care, aged care, women’s health, paediatrics and acupuncture

Dr Shao has had medical training in Australia and overseas. She has an MB BS, FRACGP, Dip. Immunology, Master of Medicine and graduated in 1982. Dr Shao also inserts and removes implanon (implant).


Dr Cathy Chang

Specialties: paediatrics, mental health counselling, adolescent medicine and all aspects of general practice.

Dr Chang graduated from the University of Melbourne and is interested in all areas of family health. Dr Chang also inserts and removes implanon (implant).


Dr Dilanka Hettiarachchi

Specialties: general family medicine, paediatrics, women's health and Aged Care

Dr. Hettiarachchi graduated from The University of Auckland, New Zealand in 2004. In 2012 she was admitted to the fellowship of the Royal Australian college of General Practitioners. She is experienced in all areas of general family medicine, with a special interest in paediatrics, women's health and chronic disease management. Dr. Hettiarachchi also inserts and removes Implanon contraceptive implants. She is passionate about health promotion and preventative medicine and has a Master of Public Health from the University of Melbourne.


Dr Tim McOwan

Specialties: General Family Medicine, Women’s Health.

Dr McOwan graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Doctor of Medicine (MD) in 2018. He also holds a Bachelor of Biomedicine (BBiomed) from the University of Melbourne. Dr McOwan has worked across multiple major metropolitan hospitals in Melbourne including Monash Health and Austin Health. He has also completed additional training in Women’s Health at the Mercy Hospital For Women. In 2023, Dr McOwan became a Fellow of the Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). Dr McOwan has an interest in all aspects of family medicine and has a special interest in Women’s Health.
