The Craigrossie Clinic is a fully accredited general medical practice committed to providing comprehensive general practice care to all individuals and families.

We have seven doctors; four of whom are women.
The Craigrossie Clinic was originally established by Dr Alexander Aitchison at 1 Victoria Avenue Albert Park in the year 1886.
He came from Scotland and named the practice Craigrossie after the birthplace of his mother. |
Craigrossie was a small village outside Auchterader, near Edinburgh in Scotland. In the mid 1960s the clinic moved down the road to 45 Victoria Avenue Albert Park, our current address.
In the early days many small operations were performed in the back room of the clinic, including a few deliveries of babies. We still do some procedures such as removal of lesions, suturing and plastering undisplaced fractures and also wound dressings.
